DESCRIPTION: This two-hour training (1300-1500) applies to all 90-Day Hazardous Waste Central Accumulation Area (90-HWCAA) Managers and their alternates. 40 CFR allows a generator of hazardous waste to accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days provided that they are following applicable regulations found in subparts 262, 265 and 268. This two hour course covers these applicable regulations, inspection requirements, training requirements, the proper use of USAACE Form 2726, 90-HWCAA Inspection Log, record keeping requirements, spill response procedures, and points of contact for additional information.
