CLASS: 90-Day Hazardous Waste Central Accumulation Area (HWCAA) Manager Training

DESCRIPTION: This two-hour training class will take place in the conference room of building 1121 from 1300 to 1500 on 31 January 2023. It applies to all 90-day Hazardous Waste Central Accumulation Area (90-HWCAA) Managers and their alternates. 40 CFR allows generators of hazardous waste to accumulate waste on-site for 90 days provided that they are following applicable regulations found in subparts 262, 265, and 268. This two hour course covers these applicable regulations, inspection requirements, training requirements, the proper use of USAACE Form 2726, 90 HWCAA Inspection Log, record keeping requirement, spill response procedures, and points of contact of additional information. Registration must be completed BEFORE 30 December 2022 to ensure credit is received. Training materials will be provided the day of class.
